Hi bigmahon,

If you have the money you could pick up as players that you can fit under your cap. Using the 4 mil. and 2 mil. range. ie I have the Yankees and if Clemens and Pettitte were both under 4 mil. I could pick both of them up. They wouldn't count as part of the 20 players for my base team however. (Although I couldn't get them because they are over 4 mil and someone else has the Astros as a base team). PS for some reason the surf control at work today won't let me get in like I should so I will be out until around 9:30 EST time tonight. Hope that helps you.

So do I draft all the marlins and then try and draft players not on the choosen teams which once played for the marlins? OK I got it now. Example Craig Counsel AZ now ex-marlin but over 4 mil-can't use him.

We need to start a thread in the individual League Chat area.

After looking through some of the needs of my Red Sox, the rules are going to make it really interesting !! I was going to try and get a stud closer, but the 2 million if never on your base team, and 4 million if they've been on your base team at one time has made it really tough.
But I think these rules will help make this league quite realistic.

I can't wait to get started.
