2006--Bottom 15 theme league w/twist

Postby KEVINEHLE » Thu Mar 16, 2006 12:07 pm

I think the Tiggers would be a given.....but I don't know about any other teams Pelzer would go after. Larry is a man of mystery. I've moved so much in my life that I'm a fan of multiple teams. I lived in Wisconsin as a kid (Cubs-Brews fan), lived in KC in the 80s (Royals fan), lived in Colorado in the mid 90s (Rockies fan), and lived in Phoenix the last 6 years (Dbacks fan). Sadly, most of these bottom 15 teams are on this list!! Now my wife-to-be from Seattle is brainwashing me to be a Seahawks-Mariner fan. It's getting to the point that I want all teams to win except for Southern Cal and East Coast teams. Oh wait, I've always been that way. 8)

Wait, wrong league.

I don't have a clue who to take. Guess I need to check out these teams

I just finished ranking the teams by division. Man are there some brutal teams. I love the Brewers except they can not field the ball. Most likely you would be starting a 4 at 2B, SS and CF among other positions. They have the best pitching staff as a whole by far but can you stomach the non-fielding?

BTW, I do not have Milwaukee ranked #1 in their division.

This should be fun!

This is the first time I will be in one of these theme leagues. I am really looking forward to it. It should be a lot of fun. I am originally from Chicago, so I bet you can guess what team I want. :D

Welcome to the party RickCom. It isn't easy to break into this group of guys. Pretty tight knit bunch of Strato team owners. You will have a great time. I hope you have a great sense of humor!! :D
Some of these guys will have you rolling.

I'll tell you I really like Seattle in the East with Sexton-Ichiro-Beltre but outside of Hernandez the pitching is rough. Maybe in the division alignment they will be a force but who knows--I think the East will be the most interesting.. Yeah Randy--You do know who I want I would imagine since our very first league together was a combo of em' :D and Kev you are right the Tigers are one of them. The other will have to remain a mystery to all but Randy just in case I get a chance to get em. What are your guesses for the teams not selected?? My guess is East-Colorado (Only because Kev has a spud thing for KC), Central--SF, West--Arizona.

Runnin Rebel---We usually do a spin off of this somewhere around the midway point we'll probably do a top 15 just like this so if anyone drops we'll PM you.. Also good to have Rick Com. looking forward to it. Tax--you could always take the Nationals since you prefer Washington

I think the 3 undrafted will be KC, SF and WAS. I think ARI has enough hitting to get picked.
