2006 game and roster size

I noticed when drafting in the 2006 league that the team must have 4 relievers. What is the roster limitation with pitching then...9 or 10?

You must have 11 pitchers on your AD card. After the draft you can reduce your pitching staff down to 10 pitchers but must have 24 total players on your roster.
