If we load this week we will only be starting one week earlier. Doesn't seem like much of a big deal, so I say let's go for it. I guess we need ldanred to sign off on it since he's in charge this time.

I'm not really sure how that's possible since we don't know any of the rules yet. Personally I hope we start having a bit more flexibility in the upcoming seasons. The "carded-only" franchises can be a bit mundane at times.

Hey, by the way, you're in charge of the next season. You have the Capital City. I would highly suggest involving non-carded players somehow to make your team more competitive.

I've got an idea, Dave: Everyone ELSE has to field a team using the Capital City franchise. I'll pick and choose from the rest!

On a serious note, wishing one and all the happiest and healthiest of holidays and year ahead.

To help you (and myself) along for next season, I can guarantee that there WILL be some sort of draft of non-carded players who played for your franchise. The league will have a $90 million cap (Whew! Thanks, Novie, for allowing us to repeat the previous cap once) and there'll be no designated hitter. I'll post my complete rules during Christmas weekend, after I have a clear head and can compile a short list of folks I'd like to steal from other franchises.
