Hard picks to make. So many options that I spend too much time trying to figure out who will make it back rather than who I want most. Really hard now with 20 picks before my next one.

With this deep pool though expect one of the guys I almost picked will make it back(I considered a lot of guys).

Happy with Oscar but am now wondering if maybe Oscar would have made it past dacelo........thoought Josh might. With just one of them though still think I would go Oscar.

J. Gibson's card is truly awesome, but I would hate to have him go down for 15 gamers two or three times in a season, especially at his salary.

Oscar would not have made it past me. I went to bed last night with Oscar, Foxx, and Cobb on my short list for my first pick and my sights on Kiner for the back one! It doesn't pay to think too far ahead on the first round. :)

And to think that Josh Gibson as a consolation prize! Wow :!:

I really expected both Oscar and Josh to be gone when I picked. Beckwith may have made it back to me, I think it was a stretch but saw closer alternates to my other choices if they are gone by my next pick, which they probably will be.

I haven't been able to plan anything out. After picking Maddux, all I could do was watch. How can one plan 23 picks ahead... particularly this early.

I do have an entire team concept that I'm striving for (rather than just best player available and then adjust), so that will help me a little once it gets closer to my two picks.

Well, I was hoping that Charleston would fall to me, too.
And Wagner.
Or Cobb.

But as long as there are players that fit my team concept, I'll be happy... I may not win, but I'll be happy.
