Has anyone ever won with +1 catcher?

I had Pena on my draft list, but received Hassey. Has anyone ever won championship with a +1 catcher? I know he hits well, but worried about runners immediately standing on 3rd base after steals.

I've used Simmons who is a +2 arm and have had some success with him. What I do is try to get a .75mil. catcher who can play def. for late game sub.

I've had championship teams with Simmons as my catcher. His offense will typically out perform what his bad throwing arm gives up. You can also offset catchers with positive throwing arms by using SP with minus hold ratings.
