i agree, ATG5 would be better----

3 options on players carded to more than 1 team:
-take player's most expensive season and award him to that team(McGwire belongs to the Cardinals in this scenario, for example
-draft and let HAL decide who goes where (A's manager and Cards manager draft McGwire; whoever wins him in draft gets him--SOUNDS THE MOST FAIR AND THE MOST FUN TO ME
-create a committee to assign players carded to more than one team :roll: :?

I believe Negro Leaguers will confuse a Franchise League more than anything. Also, there are no bench players and no RP-only Negro Leaguers

I'm in either way, but I don't see how we can use the Negro Leaguers. It defeats the franchise theme. Seems best to let HAL decide on ATG5 players carded to two teams; that would add an element of suspense to the draft. Definitely NO committee under any circumstances!

What about having a Negro Lg franchise? If we went to a $140m cap, shouldn't be a problem to have an affordable bench for them. As for the no RPs only for the NeL players, allow them to draft some RPs that aren't part of another franchise, but the NeL owner must try and draft African-American/Latino RPs?
