Who wants to switch to v.5? I am cool with that. If we can agree to switch we can discuss the other parameters (ie salary cap, franchise alignment, how to deal with players carded to more than one team, etc...).

Since we're all in agreement on ATG5 now, maybe we should continue the draft under the gound rules we originally agreed upon.

I'm fine with keeping the cap at $125m with DH. But, do we want to create a new, Negro League franchise? It would be a shame to not have the option of using the NeL players, should we want to. To make it workable, however, I think the NeL mgr. should be allowed to draft any RP (only) guys, under $2m, that aren't on someone else's roster, and also draft bench guys under $1m that aren't part of a drafted roster. To keep in the spirit of the NeL franchise, you should try and draft minority (black & hispanic) RPs and Bench guys, if at all possible. Of course, you would have to choose a NeL ball park. What do you guys think?

I would be interested in drafting a NeL team. Since I am picking the next team in the draft, I will wait to see what the other league owners have to say about this....
