$125 million ATG v.IV Franchise League (private) Season 2

If we do add the Negro Leaguers as a separate team (which I don't think we should do since we started this as a franchise league), they should be able to draft relief pitchers under $2m ONLY from franchises not chosen.

I dont think a 140m cap will do anything to help level the playing field. The White Sox, Tigers, Phillies, Pirates, Wash, Dodgers, and Red Sox will struggle to be competitive in my opinion. I already attempted to put together a Red Sox team and the best one I could put together has a total payroll of 130m. What are the Yankees gonna do with that extra 10m that I and other managers wont have the [b:e8fc4e0257]player pool[/b:e8fc4e0257] to use? THe BEST SS the Dodgers can trot out is Pee Wee Reese.

I vote for keeping the 125m or moving up only slightly to 130m.

I agree with Andy.but if we decide to go 140 Mil I think we should take the Mets from the Yanks, (they are plenty strong already), and put them with either Wash ,Minn and Texas or the Seattle and Mont group

My opinion is adding the NeL players to this theme is going to cause more complications and headaches than it is worth. I would not play them here and would keep the cap where it is.
