On the first bids, what happens if nobody bids on a player? We would get that player for the minimum?

1.) Yes, I think all bids should be made public.

2.) I think the chances of nobody bidding on one of these first five guys is near zero.

Also, since someone mentioned about passing on a bid. Though it won't be required, people can and should submit PMs saying they pass, that way if at any time before the 24-hour limit all 11 owners should PM a bid or a pass, the player can be awarded in advance of the 24-hour time frame and thus help speed this thing up.

so instead of the first 5 not being able to bid, why can't they all start with a bid the same as we will be doing for the rest? For example, gorshar has Mantle up, so he puts a public bid saying that he's putting 12 mill on Mantle. Then everyone else has the chance to beat his bid, and of course 12 is as high as gorshar can go.
