Well, we need our commish, Steven, to set us on a path. Seems we all want to use the ATG 5 set, but that is where agreement diverges. Some want the NeL players in the game as a separate available team, some don't. Some want to increase the cap to $140m, some don't. I'm hoping these issues aren't deal breakers for anyone. OK, let's vote and go the democratic route, with our Commish having the final deciding vote/say, if needed. I've put the votes in for those who expressed their opinions in earlier posts.

Just to be clear despite voting NO on all of these changes I am playing and committed to the entire 12 seasons regardless so no worries from my end about 'deal-breakers' just tell me where to sign them up and I'm good to go.

7 For & 5 Against for adding a NeL Franchise.
8 Against & 4 For raising the Cap.
So democracy has spoken. The cap remains at $125m, while we add the NeL as a franchise. In re: to the NeL Franchise, these were my thoughts for it's RPs only and bench player issues, that I posted a few days ago. Steven should have final say about this, of course.

We have decided to switch the card set to ATG V and add the NeL as a franchise. Players that are carded to more than one franchise will be available to ALL the franchises that cards are available for. The players will be competed for via the draft. If neither franchise selects the player, the player will remain an available free agent for both franchises throughout the season. If one franchise drops the player the player is available to ALL carded franchises.
i think the only thing to figure out now is how we are going to makes RP's available for the NeL franchise to use? Ideas and suggestions welcomed.
We will restart the draft order. Okay, let's pick our franchises.
125 million cap for your roster (use 140 mil cap limit), 12 season theme league, you can only
chose a franchise once, rotating franchise selection based off of sign up
order, Advanced, DH league and weighted drops. Pick a franchise and only use players carded to that franchise.
