Okay, guys, this'll be much simpler. I figure the small cap and pitching requirements will level the playing field for me better than a draft option ...

7. West Coast (LAD + SF + OAK + SD + CAL + SEA) (6)- muttdoc
8. New York PostWar (NYY + BKN + NYG + NYM) (5) - Novie
9. Rust Belt PreWar (PIT + CLE + CIN) (6) 2cityfan
10. Philly (PHI + PHA + KCA) (7) - danielz
11. MidWest PreWar (DET + CHA +CHN) (6) - Warrenbob

salary cap: $90 million with no DH and a minimum $30 million per franchise spent on pitching. All players must be from your assigned team set, and we'll randomize the divisions and frenzy.

If someone other than me would kindly take charge of the randomization, we can get this one underway. Good luck to one and all (especially me -- I'm going to need it!)

No, Steve. You're able to select any home park in your grouping.

I've asked for a randomizer to be run, and I've never done divisions based upon it. Since I dont know how it is normally done, and since the randomizer hasnt been run yet, I am going to put the first four teams in the East, the next four in the Central and the last four in the West.

unless someone has a problem with it.........
