The issue I think was addressed - You cannot place any bid if you are unable to claim the player should you win.

All bids must be seen not as temporary but as a final result. So if the final result doesn't work, you can't make the bid.

It's exactly as kptnfmrs said, it unfairly pushes up prices. And as a result I've already rolled back the Chouinard bid to 2.6 and for litangel.

I have another question. At some point someone will be the first to fill out their draft card. Does that person still get to name the next player (or stadium), but without a $$$ bid?

I don't like to play dictator so if you want to put this to a vote, we can.

The question would be.

Should it be acceptable to place multiple bids such that no one bid exceeds your available funds, but the collective total does exceed this amount?
And if it is to be allowed how is the situation going to be handled when a manager wins more than he can afford to keep? If you vote yes, please answer this second question.

No. Once you're full the nomination slides to the next person on the original sign-up sheet, which I will dig up soon enough.
