I don't mind putting a 4 at 1B or 3B but anywhere in the OF is asking for lots of extra base hits that you don't need IMO. I'm not saying that I NEVER put a 4 at one of the corner OF spots but I try to avoid it if I can.

[quote:f4ba0fe849="jayhawk81"]jmc, know I now why I like playing against you. He has gotta take Schmidt because LFs and 1Bs are much easier upgrades. A LH lineup that includes gamble, reggie and hebner is very good but too much 3R-ish.[/quote:f4ba0fe849]

If you re-read the post I recommend getting Buford to play 3B or some combo that will have a high OBP to hit 2nd in the lineup behind North...all meaning Hebner would go

I agree, I like Buford at 3b.

Keep Hebner and use Buford in LF if you like. If you don't get Schmidt, Hebner's value is hard to beat IMO.

I'd prolly go with Reggie here, but I saw earlier someone said Allen was over-priced.

His 74 card carried my team all season to a championship. He was unconscious the entire season.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I traded for B. Williams to play LF.

I think I am going to go with Reggie and put Aaron at 1B (keeping Aaron).

thanks again.
