Yes I would agree that would be the simplest awarding DHowser at 1.16M

Although if Miduar preferred to have Lanier as opposed to Grove we could have a bid off for Lanier first. Then award Grove to the next bidder which I believe was Idanred.
Only because Lanier was indeed ahead of Grove. Miduar if not wanting Lanier could continue to up his bid by 10K until DHowser took it. If they continued to both go up by 10K eventually DHowser would have to take Lanier because he has more money. Therefore the simplest thing to do is to award Lanier to DHowser at 1.16M
I will have the lawyers draw up the papers ASAP.
