Declaring nightly starting pitching rotation

I like the idea of separate settings for each game, and an earlier declared pitcher time lock in.

Also, a bit more granular settings for hitters (PR for, Run Aggressively, etc) and pitchers vs. opposing hitters (pitch around).

These seem to be doable, but it's easy for me to make more work for Bernie.
