I am looking to start a keeper league:

Base ground rules:

200ml
Must have a payroll of 130ml after each season.(declare drops to meet payroll.)
No FA add- drops
trades only

if you are interested, i am open to your ideas.

I think it is impossible to get 12 teams to anywhere close to 130M in the 80's game.

I know I'm a month late but if you would consider changing some things I think you would get more intetrest. Maybe an 80 mil DH league w/ 5 Keepers or even a 25 mil keeper cap unlimited # of keepers. I could bring myself and at least 2-3 more guys from my own Keeper League. I just don't want to run another league. What do you think :?:
