Niners,

Just got the email to get to the file. I'm sure you'll be getting it soon if you don't have it yet.

An hour later than your post, and still "No soup for you!(me)"

At this point they can wait until Monday, I"m working and have evening plans tomorrow and family plans on Sunday so the earliest I'll get to look it over will be Monday.

When and why did companies start forgeting that the first word in customer service is CUSTOMER?!?!?

You're not alone, Ninersphan. I'm also still waiting for mine after ordering it a few weeks ago.

Pre-Order (ONLY) Issues with Ratings Guide Delivered Via Digital Download

To Our Loyal Customers,

As many of you know, there has been a problem with the download/email function for those of you who pre-ordered our ratings download. (Note: this problem is only happening with pre-orders. Current orders are unaffected.) We greatly apologize for this inconvenience. We are very happy to be distributing via digital download and this is our first product that we are working with in this manner, but there have obviously been some difficulties.

We are reviewing pre-orders placed for the ratings download, customer by customer, to make sure each of you have received this digital download for those who requested it via this delivery method. This review is ongoing and will continue throughout the weekend into early next week. Feel free to email us at customerservice@strat-o-matic.com if you pre-ordered the ratings book via digital download and have not yet received it. You will either get a response from us over the weekend or on Monday.

What we can promise you is the following:

This problem is being corrected so it does not happen again.

Customer service reps are working this weekend to re-process as many ratings book orders as possible and will continue on Monday.

Despite these problems, this is a fantastic technology for our customer base that will be perfect for the Strat-O community after this initial problem is corrected.

Please stick with us during this transitional time. We greatly appreciate your patience, support and continued patronage. We have made and will continue to make a large investment into the infrastructure of the Company to improve things as we move ahead. However, there are always growing pains and this is one of them. We are learning from each wrong turn and correcting our path.

Sincerely,

Hal Richman

President
