Gorshar seems to be empowering us to create a way of randomly choosing to divisions, so i will go for it. I propose we do divisions by birthdays. 4 earliest in East, 4 latest in west, the rest in central. If I get two affirmatives on this from other managers without someone objecting, I will go ahead.
Please don't post yur birthday until I've gotten that agreement, so as to not bias the process.
