The "new way" was only during the clock stoppage - no need to mutiny. We are back to the old way.

Can we say the clock is rstarted as of NOON EST Today, Feb 3? This means all bids predating that time that are not upped will be complete at Noon EST tomorrow Feb. 4.

Any objections?
