Thru 84 gms...almost on pace to win 30! Traditional draft lg, no theme lg.

IP 139

H 83 (56 less hits than IP!)

BB 23

K 175 (7/1 K/BB!)

HR 10

[u:ac1a8ea9b3][b:ac1a8ea9b3]ERA 1.62

whip 0.76

shutouts: 4[/b:ac1a8ea9b3][/u:ac1a8ea9b3]

[u:ac1a8ea9b3][b:ac1a8ea9b3]15-0 ![/b:ac1a8ea9b3][/u:ac1a8ea9b3]

All this in hitter friendly Tiger st! & yes his club is 1st by comfortable margin.

Very cool...30-0 would be astounding!

On a side note, I have Randy Johnson in a '99 league on pace for over 400 K's.

I'll add the link to this post when I get home tonight.

Other than theme leagues or ATG, I'm not sure I've ever seen 400+ k's in a single-season set....anyone?

RJ and Johan did it on occassion in the 2004 season. Here are the record books. K's are down towards the bottom.

I got this season from RJ in Petco in the 2004 set, but the #HR factor is "1" both ways. Your stats are pretty awesome for Tiger, as I have played there a couple of times and my teams slugged .500.
RJ in 2004:
30 8 0 358.0 203 57 62 403 1.43 .74 with 12 shutouts and a no hitter

Palmtana,

Thank you for posting those 2005 records. I wonder why there is no official record keeping for the 200X games now. Anyone know?

Well, I know it's done by one of the members for ATG (Mighty Moose?) I don't really play ATG much, so don't remember.

I always thought it would be a cool add-on for TSN to come up with to track automatically, but of course you run into issues like theme leagues that could totally skew the records though.

[i:4abcf697cb]mighty moose[/i:4abcf697cb] kept track of the records for the 200X games also. 2005 was the last year. The following year he put out a request to the community for assistance, but...... In the thread in which he asked for help a community member who is still active offered to write a script to help parse the data. I'll send him a PM to see if he would be up for renewing his offer.
