he may not be able to pick the top priced 7 players and stay under the cap, but he could more or less name the next 5 players he wants and easily outbid everyone for them, then fill up on cheaper backups. :shock:

By my figures, Mr. BBW, litangel, DHowser, or getowtamypot could get over the $200 mil. cap. I listed it as a possibility for jet40, but in actuality he cannot go over as the remaining players he is eligible to pick do not cost enough. (unless I missed an over $9 mil. pitcher who is not picked yet - the most expensive one not yet nominated looks like Gaylord Perry at $8.79)

is anyone else finding problems with my figures :?:
