can we restate the draft rules here...when the clocks on and off, how long the clock windows are, and who's available for proxies. im flying west to east all day wednesday, then not sure what my access will be while doing a spring training tour for a week. this is where penn's sight is REALLY invaluable, I could set up 20 proxies a day there...here, my draft secrets (i.e. who NOT to pick) are in someone's pocket :shock:

I am thinking we can run the draft from 0800 eastern time until 2200 eastern monday through friday with no clock after Friday @ 2200 until Monday at 0800. There is no clock for the first round. There are three hours alotted for each draft pick. if you are skipped, you can make up your pick at your earliest. Does that cover everything? any concerns, questions or ideas?
