Cards are up!

Schnoogens or whoever posted, I'm assuming you "hacked" this URL by going off of last year's? [b:41199aea6b]Please note in that case this is unofficial[/b:41199aea6b].

I'd be shocked if TSN all of a sudden reversed course & included everyone. Would make no sense & would skew the game.

I would say that none of that info is final especially the pricing so take everything with a grain of salt.

Don't be surprised if Adams disappears.

Mauer doesn't get 600. He falls one short.

Yes, we should consider it unofficial...but most of the salaries will likely remain the same. I found it by going to ballparks available, selected 2009, then switched from ballparks to player sets and...there it was.

I sorted the hitters by name then changed the position id in the URL from =10 to =1

Agree the salaries will remain the same or close, the big issue for leagues drafting now is that many of these players will be excluded....here is the standard I understand TSN used last year (non-catchers):

Over $5M in salary, under 150 PAs = excluded
Over $2.5M in salary, under 100 PAs = excluded

Plus TSN always excludes non-Cs with under 50 PAs.

You're not seeing the cards are you? Just the salaries, right?

Yes, but when I do that it says:

To view this Strat-O-Matic card, you must have purchased a team and be logged in. Or, you can check out selected samples from this set!

I think if you try to do anything other than some initial planning, you're asking for trouble. Things *will* change.

The best this list does . . .

Postby artie4121 » Tue Feb 23, 2010 5:30 pm

The best this list does -- to an extent, unLESS it will change -- is indicate the injury ratings, which can be used to supplement the Ratings disk.

Also, wouldn't the Ratings disk be the list of those players who will be included in the final set (just delete the rows with X and M, and what remains is the Player Set)?
