The Fowldawg Corollary refers to trading draft picks before the FA draft. Ex: if you trade your 10th round draft pick before the draft you must drop at least 10 players in order to have a 10th round draft pick.
Doesn't apply here.
Since Bubba is trading 3 for 1 he would have 2 more picks at the end of the draft list that has been published.
Akindian will fill up to 40 so the last two picks listed for him will be void.
