Combo-8 1/2 teams+2 NeL players League is Filled!

$140m cap, DH. Draft 4 hitting squads and 4 pitching staffs, plus 2 NeL players (who can be drafted in any rounds). Park must be from one of the half teams you draft; no NeL parks allowed. Trades are allowed/encouraged. You must always have two NeL players on your roster, but they may be traded for other NeL players. In cases where a player has more than one card available, he will go to the team that owns the rights to the highest salaried card. You can only use the card of a player from a team you draft. You can only pick up FAs from teams that you drafted. NeL FAs are off limits. OK, I think that covers the important points. Let's draft!
