A new copy was sent out, but I notice when I have sent out league e-mails that your address bounces back, that might be why Billy's roster e-mail didn't get to you. Do you have a new e-mail address?

We had two ties, and, by rule, the tiebreaker is the previous season's head to head record. Ineluki beat Ray 17-7, and Jay beat Neil 7-5 last season, so the winner gets the better pick.

Also, please weigh in if you disagree with my new set of the prospect rules. If we hear no disagreements, we'll proceed with those going forward, but we would like to keep everyone happy, if possible.
