Who is that '80s player who is always listed #1 on your draft card?
Who is your favorite reliever?
Who is your favorite scrub?
Always interesting to hear different views, so here goes...
1. I used to try to get Dale Murphy as my #1 pick. After too many 1989 carded seasons I was scared away. Now, I like Gary Carter at Fenway.
2. I have to go with Gene Garber. For .75, you almost always get a good season for very little cash.
3. For whatever reason I like Billy Ripken. Two of his carded years are very repectable for a mere .75. Billy is like the 80s version of Denny Doyle. Bob Bailor and Jim Presley are also up there.
What about you?
