Our Mystery Card games - The '70s Game, Back to the '80s, Back to the '90s

A couple of things:
sogcommando, since everyone else is done, just add your 25th player to your autodraft card.

He's going to be a hitter so it won't effect the next thing:

YountFan, unless I made a mistake, I have your roster at 16 hitters and 9 pitchers. If that is the case, just autodraft a pitcher in place of Schu.

[b:38c43a959a]Strat Rat[/b:38c43a959a]
by Jeff Kloster

I woke up this morning oh and three
Is this the kind of day it's gonna be
I should have won two of those games
Bruce Sutter gone up in flames

I'm a Strat Rat with a 5 pack
Can't get this monkey off my back
I'm obsessed and that's a fact jack
No reason to live if there's no sStrat

The internet's down and I can't check the draft
I told my wife and she started to laugh
My boss said "Son you gotta work late"
Man it sucks when life gets in the way.

I'm a Strat Rat with a 5 pack
Can't get this monkey off my back
Some people drink other people smoke crack
I buy my addiction by the 5 pack

I crunch the numbers I count the cards
My boss wishes I would work this hard
My wife's thinking that I've gone insane
I can't get the Strat off of my brain

I'm a Strat Rat with a 5 pack
Can't get this monkey off my back
I'm obsessed and that's a fact jack
Got not reason to live if there's no Strat

I'm a Strat Rat with a 5 pack
Can't get this monkey off my back
Some people drink other people smoke crack
I'd like to beat HAL with a baseball bat

[quote:57d393f8a8="LMBombers"]PM770, You ruinated my plans at 2B. Who woulda thought that Jose Lind would get drafted. He is never drafted. Having to pick a higher priced 2B has now altered my 3B choice which I hadn't taken yet. Therefore I downsized from big Bob Horner to Larry Parrish at 3B.

This is what makes a live draft aggrivating but fun all at the same time.[/quote:57d393f8a8]

Sorry LMBombers, but its not my fault......all these other draft poachers ruined my 2B plans several. I was (foolishly) hoping Whitaker then Herr would fall another round or 2. Then I thought my typical 2b $80M auto-draft cheapy platoon of Wilfong/Julio Cruz would be available whenever I wanted to grab it. When Wilfong went, I figured my fallback of Oester would at least be there. So I'm looking at Lind now.

Sogcommando is needed to enter the East, then we could go on to the west.

YountFan, that awesome song sums up the way I am very closely as well. Thanks for sharing that with me. :D
