Help with Player List

Postby kimkrichbaum2 » Tue Mar 16, 2010 11:11 am

I would like to make a list of the players available for all of the managers in my keeper league. I would like to get a list of all the strat players for 2010, with either just names, or maybe names prices and positions. I have trouble just cut and pasting the list of players off the website because of all the extra info and the HTML links.

What is the [b:40023be593]Easiest[/b:40023be593] way to do this?

Download the Excel spreadsheet from the TSN/Strat site. Delete what you don't need.

Just make a new copy.

Edit >>>> Select All
Edit >>>> Copy
File >>>> New >>>> Spreadsheet

Edit >>>> Paste
File >>>> Save As

Is this for our new 2010 Keeper League? If so, I have a file from one of my other keeper leagues that I can send to you.

If you're having trouble opening the file, try using Microsoft Works Spreadsheet. Most, if not all windows based computers have that program already installed by default.
I don't have Excel either, so all this time I figured I wouldn't be able to open excel files. Just now I figured I'd give it a try and MSWorks opened up the Excel file with no problem.
If opening the file is not a problem, then copy/paste into a new file, like what Litangel said.
