You have to have 600 PAs to have a 3 game maximum. Bartlett can get the full 15 game max.

Also, a "1" injury rating only refers to where the injury roll is on his card. A "1" means that he has one roll vs. righties on a 2 or 12, and one roll vs. lefties on a 2 or 12. A "2" would have the same on a 3 or 11, and so on.
