I-Pick/U-Pick Theme League

I have an idea for a type of poison league where you pick 6 players and someone else picks 6 players for you in a live draft on the boards. You then AD the rest of your players. The 6 gift players mist remain on your roster for the wholes season.

The draft order will be randomize and your'll be pair with the other nend (ie 1-12, 2-11, 3-10, etc). Then in serpentine draft you dtaft your player and your partner will draft your other player. For example I take Yount with pick #1 and my partner the picks Eric Plunk for me. The draft could look like this

Yount - Plunk
Brett - Cliff Johnson

etc

I have questions!

1. If I pick a hitter, does my Siamese twin pick a hitter also, or can he pick a pitcher? In other words, are the other picks position specific or hitter/pitcher specific?

2. How are the stadiums selected?

3. How can I avoid Eric Plunk?

There needs to be some sort of guidelines so that your "siamese twin" can't pick 6 catchers for you for instance.
