I am confused on the free agency draft . I thought each team needed to cut back their roster to at least thirty players and more to accomodate any extra picks they may have, by doing so no team would go above the forty player limit. I do not think that happened. Below are the figures that I have after the 10 round draft and how many players each team has.

After my drops, I have 29 left on my roster. Therefore, with my 11 picks I should be at 40 on my roster.

I'm 99% sure I have him...unless I traded him and I don't know it.

You are probably correct I did not go through and figure that out beforehand. That is my fault and I apologize. I guess every pick after a managers 40th will not count. I have been busy and not had a lot of time lately so I haven't been able to really look at the rosters/draft. I will not be able to do so this weekend either, but will be able to look it over Monday. Round 11 should look like so if bbasebrawl is correct...
