The rule change was proposed to prevent manager's from rotating players to and from there roster on a continuous basis. By implementing this rule it would prevent that from happening, if you decide to vote no then the rules as they currently are would allow managers to rotate players on and off their roster daily up until game 142. ( Example:
You have 6 SP on your roster, 2 of them are worth a 1/2 mil and the other three are worth 15 mil, you rotate the 3 pitchers worth 15 mil off your roster and place three other pitchers worth 15 mil on your roster on
and you never have to pitch the 1/2 mil guys ). Hope this helps clear up confusion

When the 60 mil season starts, take two weeks (24 games) to make as many transactions as you need and to tweak your team then no more transactions with the exception of injuries and trades. This will mimic the way we the play all the other leagues on this site. This will solve the problem of unlimited transactions. Eight votes to pass:

As soon as Rant decides whether he is keeping Citizens.s Bank or not, you can pick your stadium as you have first pick of new stadiums.
