Let's do this: since I will be on the clock for the final pick of round 11 as of 7 PM at the latest , the draft becomes "open" at 8:00. At that point, anyone with remaining picks can just submit their picks, first posted, first get.
We will then go to the prospect draft, and implement a 3-hour limit throughout. Any objections?
