No, the two autodraft guys cannot be replaced once the season starts. You can trade them but you can't drop them for someone else if you get a bad year.

Another reason is I want these teams to be closer to real teams, not superstar SOM teams. I mean I doubt Hank Aaron, Jim Rice or Tom Seaver were sitting on waivers waiting to replace a dud superstar in real life! Every team is going to have holes and many of these seldom used guys are going to have to play roles.

You also have the option of making trades. With the odds groupings (and keeping the names together) you might have too much depth at one position and not enough at another. Trades can help balance this out. The only stipulation is same-name players cannot be split up. You don't have to trade same-name players for another group of same-name players, but they do have to stay together. For example I could not trade Bob Miller by himself. I would have to include Dyar and Rick in the trade. I could three singular name players or three of the same name in return.
