ATTN: All former GBBR LEAGUE or LOTO Members...

From the past...I am currently playing in a new 09' League entitled "Another 5/10/20 League" and am in a Division with another player from the great state of Arizona, who coincidentally, uses ALL CAPS for his team name the ARIZONA SCORPIONS - Mine is my usual team name "ARIZONA CHA CHAS" that I have been using for the past 3+ years as my team name...Can any Veteran players I have played with over the past 8+ years vouch for my identity as "robvoz" or "swpsychic" to clear my and the mgr of the Scorpions names. Most of us may have had some uncomfortable experiences in Leagues with cheaters or multiple teams for 1 mgr/owner where they have loaded one of the teams with talent before.

And I just want to make all the other teams in the league comfortable with playing with the Scorpions and my own CHA CHAS team in the same league and Division. It is a coincidence that is definitelty understandable and has every right to be questioned. But I just would like them to know that there isn't anything underhanded occurring in our league. I actually don't believe I have ever been in any leagues with them in the past...And introduced myself to them for the first time today when I offerred them a trade for a starting pitcher.

I can vouch for Rob. He's a shady character and I vow not to play more than 3-4 leagues with him this season. :D

I've played in more leagues with Rob than anyone except maybe Jeep over the years. Known him since the 2001 season. Looking forward to GBBR again, although not if my teams play as badly as they did last year.

I can vouch for Rob as well, though based on his track record versus my teams, some folks would think he's been my minor league team for the past few years. :wink: :wink:

Rob is a good man. My wife and I stopped through Phoenix 3 or 4 years ago and Rob took us in and put together an awesome homemade Italian Dinner. Quality guy. If any of the other 10 owners in the league with Rob and the other ARIZONA guy thinks that Rob is involved in some underhanded, cheatin' going-ons.......I will slap ya' down! Slap ya down I tell you!!

I really think it was more of a question than an actual accusation, but it is just important to me to make sure everyone in the league has a degree of comfort with me and the other alleged ARIZONA team. The trade was very innocent - A mid level SP for another mid level SP - Nothing lopsided or ridiculous...Nothing that would strengthen one team at the expense of the other. But I can definitely understand one's concern. Thanks again. Robert
