80's 24-team leagues?

Not sure if the option is available, but I think a 24-team league with a 60 mil cap might be interesting . . . 80's has a lot of cheaper guys that don't get a lot of looks in regular leagues, but that might change with more teams and a lower cap. So is it even an option? Ever been tried?

It's not an option, but even with a 60 mil cap, there just is not enough players to make a 24 team league viable. It may work in the 70s, but even that is stretching it a bit.
