Working on figuring out my next pick - Ducapa's switch from Jurrjens to Feliz was something I didn't notice until I picked Lester as I was searching available SP. I had Jurrjens as a proxy, followed by Aardsma and both were gone, so I went for Lester and figured on a closer next (Nathan). Then I saw Jurrjens was now available after a drop, but Nathan was gone, and my next closer choice was Papelbon - but he is Boston and I took Lester in place of Jurrjens, so I can't take another Boston player. I thought about dropping Lester and taking the original proxy choice I had - Jurrjens, but manleeman's picks kicked in and its possible he would have wanted Lester. So I'm thinking......(wish I had noticed the drop was done). I guess my lesson learned is to always refresh the summary page just before I pick in case something was changed.

sorry man, was going to mention you were up again bc manleeman had proxies but you knew. I was iffy on Jjurgens and wasn't sure I wanted to close out the braves roster yet.

You haven't picked one of my Indians yet, Delbird. If you need a closer, I'd go with Kerry Wood. He's really good :)

Maybe I'll have a closer by committee - Wood is cheap, but when I had visions of Aardsma, Nathan, or Papelbon in my head, then cheap is something to consider for later. I'll just go for the SP and cross my fingers on anything else (and always refresh first...).

I'm a little surprised that two of the best closers out there are still available - Rivera and Papelbon.

I sent him an e-mail (as promised). I hope we don't have our first default.

Let's keep up the good pace through the weekend. It's pouring at my house, so I don't have anywhere else to go ...

It's beautiful here in upstate NY so I won't be around much. Set a few proxies though to keep this thing moving :)
