Frankly, if TSN does not enact, this is disgusting. I would be appalled by the situation. Actually, I think I am even though I am not part of the league.

I believe you should react. Call the guy out. Tell him how no fun the situation is. The guy is probably a kid who thinks this is cool without thinking about future consequence.

Then, I don't know. Ask people to send ideas about what to do. Perhaps you could unite all "other" owners and make a super-team, or I don't know, react in some ways.

Again, to reiterate my point, even if this does not meet the standards of collusion ( I believe it does, but Bernie does not seem to), clearly the rules of fair-play have not been respected, and TSN sould act based on that.

TSN should ask the "owners" to reinstate the previous teams.

I agree. Raise as much of a stink as you can because it will only get worse. After several of the uneven trades were made, the league mail became very ugly after we called him out. I will post a few of these messages and you tell me what you think his maturity level is.

That is just a few examples from this character.

Now, If Strato didn't throw him out for these type of posts, they never will throw anybody out!!! Or they are not policing these leagues very closely even when it is brought to their attention like several times in this league. He even had a nice name for Bernie. He is a real piece of work!!! Can't you tell what fun we had in that league??? And to top it off, he won with the cheating team.

You need to read my first post to understand. I was making reference to a league that I was in with HELLOO (as the username) back in 2008 where the same uneven trades were happening. This is the same user with different team names in the current league. I was just showing how nasty it became when we started calling him out. Again, just an example of how blatant some of this was and Strato did nothing. Swearing in the mail and name calling (even calling Bernie a Pu$$#!!). At least 4 owners contacting Strato and getting the same canned blurb that it is difficult to prove. My guess, they didn't even investigate. I would think some the the league messages (in the previous example), would have been enough to get him banned. But nothing was done and this guy is still running free and ruining leagues for others.

Has anyone thought of the fact that what this guy might be doing is taking a second team, and running that one as his "swap" team. Is that possible?

He drafts for both teams, then simply trades or dumps and picks up what he needs from the other?

While "unprofitable" (because it would cost TWO credits to pull off), if he then wins a championship with the beneficiary team, then he is one credit ahead.

Has anyone checked the IDs of the OTHER team that he pulls this with?

I'm just saying.
