I have chose to filibuster this bill. I would like the league rules to be read on the committee floor, but not by a speed reader this time! 10,465 pages! Who has the time and 2 lawyers to read this bill! Lets just vote on this thing and pass it! Who cares if they just added 800 more pages. Just vote present I mean yes.

If you can't tell I am really enjoying this league so far. Bummer that it didn't get started Monday but as you all know It takes a mountain to move a mole hill in Washington.

I have removed my team as I have plenty of time to tweak it now. I will leave it as it is and reload it if anyone has any objections. I will wait until Monday to work on my team. Mike

I would prefer you load your team tomorrow. Everyone else worked hard to load, it wouldn't be fair to everyone for you to sit tight 'till Monday.

I'm sure you'll get the bill thru, Louisana Purchases, Cornhusker kickbacks, whatever it takes, right?

I will reload my team as long as you don't pry my guns from my dead cold fingers or whatever Charelton Heston said as President of the NRA before he died and they took his guns! God, he could part the Red Sea but couldn't take his guns with him. What a shame. I wonder if he is buried in a chariot? No problem Jeep I haven't even look at it yet. Will make only 1 change and get right back in. Glad I pulled out though as I was thinking about it I chose Tropicana Field and that anit left of the Mississippi. Hope I can change that. What a dumb ash I am or have I already said that before? Mike

Get your motor running. Damn Frank lost out in the last day to durantjerry but dharmabums took out the red hot and I mean red hot Jokers to take on hall of famer PBTR in the champoinship of the Lets dump my roster because I hate the Jokers because he pissed off my kids and take any player you want just beat the Jokers and send me chit in return league. It's all tied up at 2 a piece. Let us and tomato root for dharmabums and hope lightning doesn't strike twice in this league. That league was kind of strange to say the least. Bernie ran 2 teams and kicked my ash with both. Mike

Yeah, the last two weeks of that league felt like it should have been on an episode of Survivor.

The lightning for that team has been Beltran (92 games played), who got injured in his first AB of the season, took out Span with him, finished the season on the DL, and has now gotten my other outfielder on the DL (Rajai Davis) for a championship game.

Always something to complain about, eh? Even when you're tied at 2 games apiece in the championship round.

Ready for some more lightning, but I have a bad feeling about this draft. Must be the dem in me, shaking in fear of those nasty tea baggers. :P

I would have loved to wake up this morning to peruse my new team.

However, as I called it, the republicans ruined it once again.

A league like this might benefit from the extra week of tinkering.

I dunno...

Terry couldn't load because he was "working" hard. That proves he is a Republican. He isn't at home all day in front of his TV and computer waiting for the welfare check like a majority of the Dems. The Dems can load teams all day, any day.
Right now the remnants of Acorn are trying to get subsidies for the Democrat online strato players. They are complaining they can't buy enough Strato teams based on their government assistance money. I think a protest is scheduled in DC. They feel they should be able to play as much online strato as the people who work 60 hours a week and shell out high percentages of their pay....to ironically.....subsidize the lazy dems online strato playing.

Wikipunia - definition of Hell for members of the Republican party (USA) -

Being transfered to your company's Canadian subsidiary, and enduring decades of left oriented Liberal governments, or (arguably more aggravating) minority Conservative governments, or (arguably even worse) the liberal-dominated Canadian media reinforcing the hilarious idea that the Conservative party of Canada has a "hidden agenda" (nothing could be further from the truth - it is spelled out very clearly).

Think Ground Hog Day (it really never ends, and it does repeat itself day after day, week after week, decade after decade) I have to think that this could be one version of hell for a US republican!

LOL! :?
