I thought I had the "auto-draft" part of the process sorted out, but have a question:

When looking at the Dodgers and Yankees adjusted rostesr (Belliard and Thome out for example), there are only 13 eligible hitters and no draft selections in the two-round draft. Can the auto-draft be filled out by the team selecting the Dodgers or Yankees (don't know if this applies to any other teams)? Can we can load 12 pitchers in the auto-draft?

If not, don't we need to add some $500 K hitters to these teams to keep the auto-draft from getting messy? Perhaps I don't understand the auto-draft rules correctly.

We will have to accommodate those two specific teams by adding .50 free agents from the six draft eligible teams to meet the auto-draft requirements. Good catch, I over looked that glaring problem.
