What to look for when analyzing teams in your league

I like the addition you made to the front office page.

Regarding the balance ratings I would not bother to go over and look at the league roster page. All I use that for is scanning to see who maybe has 2 shortstops and thus might trade me one. That sort of thing.

On the front office page or the per game pitchers page though an average team balance rating might be useful. If you did something like this it might be cool to get sort of a pro-rated balance. For example if a guy is 4L with sal of 7 mil then that would count 4x7=28 toward the left side. This might result in a more representative balance average than just looking at who is over 2 mil. Theory is the higher the salary the more likely I am to pay attention to which side he hits better against.

Might be useful on the front office page to have catcher arm ratings and average OF arm ratings. Then one could easily see whether they should go alter their stealing and running to aggressive or conservative.
