Although I LOVE Yount, I think the Tramell/Boog combo is more potent in Huntington... :)

Yount and somebody. I use Lud...but only when I'm out of options. he's OK. Can you scrape together the cash for Robinson? Or a Mazelli/Bevacqua platoon?

I'd consider Yount and <gasp> Adcock, assuming you have a decent backup 1b and at least 3 lefties already in your lineup. Adcock went .925 OPS for me in 140 games not too long ago.

If you don't like the injury prone, iron gloved one, a platoon of maybe Mincher or Oliver/Cliff Johnson isn't bad.

Minch was the first guy I thought of, but he's gone.

I'd do Yount and a better 1b. Why not have Yount and Trammell and trade the latter for a better 1b--Trammell will get some interest for sure.
What do you think of Garvey? Or Oquendo at 1b?

How about Yount and Bob Boberston, he has 4%+ HR rate and 8 BPHRs per side. Minch/Johnson rocks in a HR park if you can swing the $.

Best of luck, sschu

Luderus is nice....in Forbes or Griffiths. I have a lot of experience with him. I currently have Trammell on a Huntington team and he is doing alright (no power though).
G Davis would be money.....
