Question about post season?

It has been so long for me that I haven't had to bother :cry: . If you have the best record, do you play the W/C team if he is in your divsion or do you play the division champ with the worst record? Thank you in advance for your help. Mike

For ATG V, ATG IV, 2009 season, 2008 season, and 1999 season leagues only:

The Top Seed (the team with the best regular season record in the league) plays the Wild Card team in the Semi-Finals, UNLESS the Wild Card is in the same division, in which case the Top Seed plays the Division Winner with the worst record. The other two teams play each other in the other Semi-Finals series. The team with the better record has home-field advantage in each series.

For ATG III, 2007 and 1986 season leagues only:

The Division Winner with the best regular season record plays the Wild Card team in the Semi-Finals, regardless of which division the Wild Card team is in. The other two Division Winners play each other in the other Semi-Finals series. The team with the better record has home-field advantage in each series.

This rule also applies to the 70s and 80s mystery card games.
