yes - you can have any number of players on your roster between 24-28, since teams will already have a very difficult time trying to get up to the $80M salary cap in most cases.

After everyone has drafted their team, then we will have the partial two round player draft for the affected teams only (sorry Rockies, Dodgers & Yanks) to attempt to equalize salary differences between all teams as much as is possible. First round teams seeded #1-17 and second round teams seeded #1-21. The salary cap is $80M with no minimum using the 2009 unleashed card set. Honesty and integrity are an absolute must. Reminder, you must only use your drafted team's home stadium only, no duplicates or changes in stadium allowed.
