If you can draft anyone you want, can you still not draft Catcher's with minus throwing arms? Deos that mean that Catcher's throwing arms must be "0" +1 or more?

I was wondering the same thing. Is it "MAY" have 5 RP's or "MUST", and what Robert brought up is it (+) arm catchers only or (-).

Rob, my answer to Ineluki's question was confusing...

Yes, there is a limitation on the batters that may be selected. You may not use any player with a [b:630cdc8fae]Catcher's Throwing Rating[/b:630cdc8fae] of [-4], [-3], [-2], or [-1]. All other batters are eligible.

Your team "MUST" have 5 "Pure" RP on roster at all times.
