I was surprised Oscar Salazar lasted so long. Yes, he is overpriced, but at this point hitters are hard to come by. Of course, the 4(+1)e12 in LF is going to hurt. Especially when paired with a 3(-2)e15. My OF will have 30 errors, my infield will have only 40. Strange indeed.

Now my batting order is done. Time to get some more pitching. .

I did just speak to Tom: He was very apologetic and indicated he would get home and make his picks in about an hour. He had left proxies but they were gone. It sounds like he was having a New York City driving nightmare: His car was towed before he needed to pick his kids up from the airport. He is now stuck in traffic trying to get out of Manhattan.

Feel like I'm playing reactive again, too, grabbing Ianetta, when there are guys I'd rather have, but I can't let catcher get too much more shallow.

Not quite hating my team yet, but staggering. Let's hope putting SUCKS in our name doesn't become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

While I went with Al's pitching strategy, it became clear early on that perhaps Al admired my Airbenders' strategy from the 24-team league as he started his draft with Utley and built a team for PNC Park. "Well played, Mauer..."

MerkyB - you should still be able to pick, no? (Not sure how or why it 'skipped' you but at least no one has picked after that spot yet... are you having any trouble maing a pick?
