After one of my other teams made it to the finals in the league it was in I received a free team. The 2001 season was listed as one of the options so that's how I found it. I just tried looking for it on the Sporting News Strat homepage but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe after you purchase one team and it comes time to chose which league you want to join you can select it?

Another way is you could give me your e-mail and I can invite you to join the league that way. However I've tried sending e-mails to join to a few other people over the past few days and I keep receiving a message saying "Strat-O-Matic Baseball Online is currently down while we perform a quick upgrade to our webservers. The game should be available again by or before 5am ET, approximately. "
