What Happend to my Credit?

My first 2009 team won the league championship. I received two free credits for it. I used one credit to start another 2009 team. I was about to start my third team but my credit is now gone. What happened to it?

They did get back to me.

I assumed that my credit would show up on my account page. However it only shows up on the Front Office page of my championship team. Obviously I haven't won many championships.
